By Public Transit:
Take the LIRR from Penn Station to the Bayside Station on the Port Washington Branch. Just outside the station on Bell Boulevard, catch the southbound Q31 bus and ride to 48th Avenue and Bell Boulevard. Transfer there to the eastbound Q27 bus, which goes directly to the Queensborough Community College campus entrance at Springfield Boulevard and 56th Avenue.
It's a short ride by Uber or Lyft too.

Take the Long Island Expressway (I-495) to Exit 29 for Springfield Boulevard. Turn onto Springfield Boulevard heading north and continue for approximately half a mile to the Queensborough Community College campus entrance at 56th Avenue.
Alternatively, take the Grand Central Parkway to Exit 23 for Cross Island Parkway North, then immediately take Exit 31E for the Long Island Expressway East. Merge onto the expressway and quickly take Exit 29 for Springfield Boulevard, turning north onto Springfield Boulevard to reach the campus at 56th Avenue.
